Mentoring

This is a female-driven mentoring scheme supporting emerging artists working in the creative tech sector. Emerging creatives are paired with mentors working in the field for the duration of 6 months. 

Our Aims

• Encourage diversity in the Creative Technology sector by supporting and mentoring underrepresented people who are considering a career in the industry.

• Share with them the strong network of Women in Tech IK has, and add to it!

• Facilitate networking and future opportunities.

• Career progression for the mentee with the support of an industry expert.
